Job Description
The James V. Brown Library in Williamsport, PA seeks a Public Service Coordinator to serve as a team leader for the Public Service department and provide front-line customer service at the Help Desk and Youth Services Desk. Responsibilities include shift scheduling, staff onboarding, de-escalation coaching, and administrative support. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. This is a non-exempt position reporting to the Assistant Director, with work hours scheduled based on library needs. The wage for this position will be $17-20 per hour.
