Job Description
Oleson Saw Technology has been proudly serving the wood industry since 1994. Our services and products are designed around the ever-changing needs of sawmills, chip mills, paper mills, and pallet manufacturers. We are currently looking for a highly skilled, motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team at our York PA Location. The ideal candidate is an experienced self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Assist General Manager with the day-to-day tasks of running the company. Administers company timecards ensuring they are correct before submitting to payroll department. Administering Accounts Receivable Assisting with customer inquiries related to Accounts Receivable Preparing Invoices and Statements Assists with scheduling. Assists with employee benefit enrollment. Assisting with recruitment (job posting, interview coordination, onboarding) Works collaboratively with other team members. Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent multi-tasking skills Excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently.
