Job Description

Manager / Office Assistant - Full-Time Community Asset Management is seeking a dependable, organized Manager/Office Assistant to join our team. This position supports our Community Managers and helps ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations in the office and onsite. Position Overview This role combines administrative office responsibilities with light management duties. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable interacting with homeowners and vendors, and able to complete occasional onsite inspections and attend evening meetings throughout the year. Key Responsibilities Perform onsite community inspections as assigned Attend occasional evening board or community meetings Answer and route incoming phone calls Handle daily office tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry Prepare and send notices, mailers, and general correspondence Assist with organizing documents and maintaining accurate records Support managers with scheduling, follow‑up, and project coordination Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations Qualifications Strong communication and customer‑service skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable learning software and office systems Professional and reliable work ethic Prior administrative or property management experience is helpful but not required Schedule & Compensation Full‑time, Monday-Friday Occasional evening meetings Compensation based on experience
