Job Description

Project Administrator A growing engineering consulting firm is seeking a Project Administrator to support team leadership and help keep projects organized, accurate, and on schedule. This role will provide daily administrative and project coordination support, serving as a key resource for project tracking, documentation management, reporting, and operational support. Responsibilities include maintaining project logs, coordinating schedules and travel arrangements, reviewing expense reports, tracking and ordering equipment, assisting with document revisions and redlines, performing quality control reviews of reports, and assembling project information for deliverables. This individual will also support specification updates and other administrative tasks that help drive successful project execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with large amounts of project data and documentation.
Qualifications:
Experience in project administration, project coordination, construction administration, or a similar support role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management Strong Microsoft Word skills for document preparation, editing, and formatting Experience using Bluebeam for document review, markups, and revisions Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy Experience supporting engineering, construction, architecture, or consulting teams is preferred

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
