Job Description
Job duties may include:
Supporting customer account management Resolving issues in a dynamic environment Supporting sales, marketing and client service teams by managing daily office tasks and assisting teams with client requests Handling requests, routing emails and sharing feedback with the team Coordinating client calls Coordinating calendars while also taking detailed notesRequirements:
Must be computer literate Must have 2-3 hours of internet access per week Must be efficient and dedicated Ideal for detail-oriented individuals with strong communication skills, or office administration with basic knowledge of office software.
