Job Description
Job Duties Pick up and process church mail Check church email Check church voicemail Update church website (as needed) Pay vendor bills (most set up on auto-pay but a few come by mail and need a written check) Reconcile monthly credit card statement Order janitor cleaning supplies Order office supplies Create/edit/upload Proclaim for Sunday service (weekly) Print Order of Worship (x4) and put in sanctuary for upcoming Sunday service Create YouTube stream for each Sunday service Create and schedule Facebook link, using YouTube shareable link (can only schedule out 28 days) Process monthly payroll in Realm and create/initiate ACH on MinnStar website Pianists get processed as employees under payroll in realm, get an ACH sent and get paid the last business day of the month Reconcile all bank accounts monthly in Realm File and pay quarterly 941 payments File and pay quarterly MN paid leave payments File W2s and 1099s, by January 31st, for previous year Create/email/print & mail monthly newsletter Provide monthly financials (Statement of Financial Position & Statement of Activities) and Ad Board meeting minutes (for the prior month) via email and print for current meeting Take minutes at monthly Ad Board meeting (3rd Tuesday of each month)
