Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Bilingual Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant to support the two owners of our company. This position is primarily remote and requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of business-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative tasks for the company owners Manage emails and respond professionally to clients and vendors Handle scheduling, follow-ups, and general office support Assist with business-related projects and miscellaneous tasks as needed Answer phone calls and remain easily accessible during business hours Support basic insurance-related processes and documentation Maintain records and assist with data entry using
QuickBooks Qualifications:
Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred) Experience with or basic knowledge of QuickBooks Familiarity with insurance processes is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional phone etiquette and excellent email communication skills Ability to work independently from home Reliable references required
Work Schedule:
Remote position Monday through Friday, with availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Occasional flexibility may be required based on business needs
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary:
$800 to $1,200 per week, depending on experience
