This position will be handling administrative duties for the accounting department. This position is full time, in office. No REMOTE work. The pay rate is $20/hr. College accounting courses would be a huge plus! The hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Company is willing to train the right person.

Duties include:

Answering phone calls from clients in regards to invoices Entering and printing invoices Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable Filing Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Must have your own transportation 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and willingness to learn company databases Must have good analytical skills Must be a self-starter with the willingness to learn and have a strong ability to multi-task.
