The role will support the Multinational Client Management (MCM) team in the Netherlands. Willis Multinational Client Management supports global clients by coordinating international insurance solutions, ensuring consistency, compliance, and seamless service across borders. You will work on real client projects, including: Supporting account management within Multinational Client Management Coordinate a portfolio of insurance policies with local insurers and Willis MCM Network Coordinate network revenue agreements Issuing insurance policies Updating systems information Adress issues with local insurance companies and Willis MCM Network Handling correspondence with customers and insurers in both Dutch and English Qualifications What You'll Bring We are looking for highly driven with solid interpersonal skills. Well-developed communication skills, both written and spoken Proficiency in Dutch and a good knowledge of English Accuracy and attention to detail Positive, can-do attitude Strong organizational skills with a methodical approach Ability to work in a focused manner while maintaining flexibility Good proficiency in MS Office Strong teamwork abilities and interpersonal competence Insurance knowledge and experience preference Master's /Bachelor's degree (preferred) Why WTW?
