Join a long-standing broker/dealer on the North Shore of Long Island Hybrid working schedule, 4 days in office About Our Client This role is with a long-standing financial services firm in Long Island. Their team is small, tight knit and very client facing. This role is hybrid, 4 days a week in office. Job Description Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks to support the office's operational needs. Schedule and maintain calendars, appointments, and meetings for team members. Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, presentations, and reports as required. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and efficient communication. Maintain and organize office files, records, and supplies to ensure accessibility and orderliness. Assist in planning and coordinating company events or meetings. Collaborate with team members to complete various projects and tasks promptly. Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information. The Successful Applicant A successful Administrative Assistant and Office Support should have: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
