8 am - 5 pm Position Summary Aalis Management Consulting is seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations for a federal IT organization, including timekeeping, access requests, document handling, equipment tracking, supplies, and front-office support. Work Arrangement The position is expected to be onsite in Southwest Washington, DC for the first two months of performance. Thereafter, the anticipated schedule is at least two onsite days per week with up to three telework days, subject to Government direction. USCP may require up to five onsite days per week. The selected candidate must be able to complete required criminal-history, fingerprinting, and badging procedures. Key Responsibilities Support timekeeping activities for approximately 30 federal staff using Government-designated systems. Process and track door/access requests and personnel information. Scan, upload, organize, and maintain administrative documents. Support leadership requests, meeting/office coordination, and routine communications. Track Government-furnished equipment for contractor personnel. Manage supplies, printing, and front-desk/office-support activities as assigned. Required Qualifications 1-2 years of relevant administrative support experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer-service skills. Ability to learn Government systems and tools quickly. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Visio. Federal administrative-support experience. Experience with timekeeping/workforce-management systems such as Infor Workforce Management/Workbrain. Employment Note This position is contingent upon contract award and final Government approval/requirements. Compensation within the posted range will depend on relevant experience, education, certifications, and contractual considerations.
