Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Office Assistant to provide essential day-to-day administrative support to our team. In this fully remote position, you will help keep operations running smoothly by managing administrative tasks, organizing digital records, and supporting various departments. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to multiple departments and team members Organize, maintain, and update digital files, records, and databases Perform accurate data entry and data verification tasks Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents Handle incoming emails and communications, directing them to the appropriate personnel Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items Scan, upload, and maintain electronic documentation Perform general office administrative duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements Must be located in the United States (U.S. citizens or legally authorized to work in the U.S) 6+ months of administrative assistant, office assistant, or related experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience 100% remote position (US only) Flexible scheduling with core business hours Paid time off and company holidays Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive team environment with regular training and check-ins VIKTech is an equal opportunity employer.
