Administrative & Personal Assistant To CEO Center for Healing and Expression, Inc. - Music Therapy & Wellness (Part-Time, Meridian ID) Overview
THIS A BEHIND THE SCENES JOB - NOT FORWARD FACING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We are a small, mission-driven business seeking a highly organized, proactive, and heart-centered Administrative & Personal Assistant to support our home and our music therapy + wellness businesses. This position is in-person and in the business owner/CEO's home. The ideal candidate is a quick-thinking self-starter who thrives on variety, anticipates needs, and is passionate about work that supports healing, creativity, and community. This position combines executive assistant-level admin responsibilities with personal assistant and home support duties. Responsibilities Administrative & Executive Support (Primary Focus) Manage calendars, emails, and appointment scheduling Coordinate client communications and lesson/session logistics Assist with workshop, event, and retreat planning Support social media content creation and posting (primarily Facebook/Insta) Help maintain and update our Wix and WordPress websites (basic tasks) Google Workspace/G-Suites adminstration and support Prepare and proofread documents, notes, and presentations Light research and project coordination Newsletter creation and management Personal Assistant & Home Support (Secondary Focus) Run errands (e.g., groceries, post office, returns) Light tidying, laundry, and meal prep Occasional childcare support (school pickups, activities) Pet care and home organization tasks Coordinate home appointments and vendors Requirements Prior experience in administrative or executive assistant roles Strong organizational and time management skills
Tech-savvy:
familiar with (or able to quickly learn) tools like Google Workspace, Facebook/Meta/Instagram Business tools, Wix, and WordPress Excellent communication and professional demeanor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 25+ lbs Comfortable in a home with children and dogs
