Hourly Wage:

$15.5/hour plus tips! (You can earn an average of +$3 more in tips per hour!) Here at Zao we care about our Team Members! What will I get when I join the Zao team? We provide free meals during your shift 50% off your meal when you are not working. You will also earn tips each time you work on top of your hourly wage! We work around your schedule ! Full time employees are eligible for benefits, including health insurance, etc. What will I do as a Shift Lead? Greeting each customer with a friendly greeting, and warm smile. Serving guests the food of their choice on the line. Answering any and all questions the guest may have of the menu. Provide every customer with an amazing experience to bring them back over and over, and coaching those on your shift to do the same Over seeing and helping to clean the line, lobby , and entire kitchen area to maintain a clean, safe, and organized place to work and serve every customer. Work as a team to accomplish all tasks given. Helping to open or close the restaurant.
