Job Description

Job Responsibilities Initiate and maintain program and student files and electronic database as required for the Student Support Services grant. Maintain a computerized budget ledger in Microsoft Excel. Meet with director monthly to discuss the budget report. Record program activities' expenses and assist Director in assuring compliance with budget policies and limitations. Performs administrative office duties. Types letters, reports, and proposals and ensures that format, grammar, spelling, and punctuation are correct. Drafts, edits, and produces final documents and reports. Organizes and implements general office procedures to keep several activities going at the same time. Records and prepares minutes of meetings. Maintains office supplies and maintains inventory. Orders supplies. Assist with the arrangement, implementation, and supervision of cultural and educational trips and events attended by participants. Arrange transportation for student cultural and colleges trips. Employ daily discretionary decisions relating to the student food arrangements and the purchasing and supervision requirements of the Student Support Services student meals. Minimum and Additional Requirements A high school diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma.
