Adminstrative Assistant to CEO Lead4Life, Inc. - 3.0 Glen Burnie, MD Job Details Part-time | Contract $27 - $32 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Google Workspace Confidential information handling Executive administrative support Research Attention to detail Organizational skills Technical Proficiency Time management Full Job Description Position Overview Lead4Life, Inc. is seeking a highly intelligent, proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to the CEO to provide direct administrative and executive support to our Chief Executive Officer. This position is best suited for someone who is sharp, resourceful, highly capable, and naturally takes initiative . The successful candidate will be able to quickly understand priorities, anticipate what is needed, solve problems independently, and follow tasks through to completion.

This is not a role for someone who requires constant instruction or supervision. We are looking for someone who can think critically, exercise sound judgment, stay organized, and recognize what needs to happen next. The position averages approximately 20 hours per week and is primarily remote. Because this role works directly with the CEO, the schedule must remain flexible and responsive to the CEO's needs. The selected candidate must be local, as there may be occasional in-person responsibilities on behalf of the CEO or Lead4Life. Any in-person responsibilities will be communicated with reasonable advance notice. Key Responsibilities Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and assist with day-to-day priorities Manage calendars, scheduling, appointments, meetings, reminders, and follow-up items Monitor deadlines and outstanding tasks and proactively ensure items are addressed Anticipate the CEO's needs and take action before being asked Conduct research, gather information, and prepare summaries or recommendations when needed Draft and organize emails, documents, correspondence, and other materials Make phone calls and communicate with internal and external contacts on behalf of the CEO when appropriate Assist with travel planning, scheduling, and logistics Coordinate meetings, events, deliveries, errands, and other administrative needs Assist with special projects and time-sensitive assignments Complete occasional local, in-person tasks on behalf of the CEO or Lead4Life Maintain organized digital files and information Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Identify problems, develop solutions, and bring forward recommendations when appropriate Represent the CEO and Lead4Life professionally and appropriately Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on the CEO's priorities Qualifications & Skills Required qualifications include: Bachelor's degree OR a combination of education and at least 5 years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Highly proactive and able to anticipate needs Highly tech-savvy and comfortable learning and utilizing new software, platforms, and digital tools Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organization and attention to detail Strong time-management and follow-through Ability to quickly understand new information and determine appropriate next steps Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality Professional, dependable, and trustworthy Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change Flexible and responsive to the needs of the CEO Must be local to accommodate occasional in-person responsibilities Technology Expectations Technology proficiency is essential for this role. The successful candidate should be comfortable working across multiple platforms and able to quickly learn new systems and tools. Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email and calendar management, video conferencing, digital file management, and productivity tools is preferred. Schedule & Compensation Approximately 20 hours per week $27-$32 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Primarily remote Flexible schedule based on the CEO's needs Local availability required for occasional in-person responsibilities In-person assignments will be communicated with reasonable advance notice
