Type:
full-time Role Description The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, operational, and personal support directly to the Principal, Christopher Freeman, across TriState Legal Consultants, LLC, Freeman Financial Agency, and personal priorities. This full-time hybrid role is based in Fort Washington, PA, with a schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. Daily responsibilities include managing master calendars, triaging incoming email and phone communications, organizing client files, and handling client intake across legal and financial operations. The Assistant tracks process serving schedules, assists with basic billing/bookkeeping in QuickBooks, and coordinates document preparation. Additionally, the Assistant oversees personal administrative tasks-including coordinating personal errands (e.g., dry cleaning, drop-offs, deliveries), managing household vendor schedules, arranging personal travel, and keeping personal calendars organized to ensure smooth daily efficiency across all business and personal endeavors.
Qualifications Executive & Personal Support Experience :
Proven track record in calendar management, client communication, operational support, and handling cross-functional personal tasks with ease.
Software & Tech Skills :
Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks Online, PDF/e-signature tools, and administrative software.
Professional Communication :
Exceptional written and verbal communication style tailored for interacting with legal clients, financial account holders, and vendors.
Discretion & Confidentiality :
Absolute trustworthiness when dealing with confidential legal documents, financial data, and personal family matters.
Organization & Adaptability :
Strong prioritization, proactive problem-solving, high attention to detail, and comfort transitioning smoothly between business and personal errands.
Background & Education :
Prior experience in legal support, financial services, or personal/executive assistance required. High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields preferred.
