Act as the site-level agent/representative onboarding and licensing contact between the Vendor and Client Oversee and report on timely licensing and appointment of agents Order and schedule fingerprinting with new hires, where applicable Conduct appropriate follow-up to respond to agent questions and help meet individual state resident and non-resident requirements and timelines Manage other required onboarding activities as needed Maintain accurate agent/representative attribute files Build and maintain strong working relationships with trainers Support licensing activities with care, accuracy, and respect for privacy guidelines We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
