Currently hybrid; transition to fully remote between late fall and year-end. Role Overview This position will support the Executive Director of Business Services and the key functions within the
Business Services Department:
Procurement, Facilities, and Fleet. The role will continue some traditional corporate administrative responsibilities as we transition while expanding to provide coordination and administrative support across the Business Services functions. Primary Responsibilities Corporate compliance support, documentation, and filing Insurance administration and certificates of insurance Corporate travel, lodging, rental vehicles, and reservations Records and document management Administrative and coordination support for Procurement, Facilities, and Fleet Tracking deadlines, renewals, requests, and action items Vendor and outside partner coordination Data gathering, reporting, and maintaining department trackers Project and process support as the Business Services Department continues to develop Experience 2-4 years of administrative, business support, or coordinator experience preferred Experience supporting multiple managers or business functions Exceptional resourcefulness and independent problem-solving Strong organizational skills with demonstrated follow-through Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines Experience working directly with vendors and outside business partners Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams Experience with procurement, facilities, fleet, insurance, compliance, or vendor management is a plus Remote Work The position is currently hybrid and will transition to fully remote between late fall and year-end.
