Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Clerical Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the position include providing support to our attorneys and employees, assisting in daily office needs. Duties include meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Office and office equipment. This is an in-office position - remote work is not feasible and will not be offered. Note that this position is located at our office in Shepherdsville, KY. Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Maintain a filing system Make copies and assemble binders Skills Proven experience as a clerical assistant or office assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Proficiency in MS Office Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task High School degree; qualification as an Clerical assistant
