We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Clerical File Correspondent to manage, organize, and maintain company records and correspondence. This position requires excellent clerical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly through digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, update, and organize electronic and paper files, ensuring proper documentation and easy retrieval. Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, memos, and documents. Prepare and format reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate record-keeping and timely information flow. Verify and correct data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record audits, and digital filing.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred. Minimum of 2 years of clerical, administrative, or office support experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and file management systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote work.
