Job Description

Description Trustpoint has an immediate opening for a Contracts Administrative Assistant to support a global organization on a long-term contract assignment expected to last 6+ months, with the potential to convert to a permanent position. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative professional with experience supporting contract processes, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support throughout the contract lifecycle, including intake, routing, tracking, and completion of contract requests Coordinate communications between Sales, Legal, and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely contract reviews and approvals Track contract status and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met Maintain organized contract files, amendments, and supporting documentation while ensuring proper version control Process contract-related documents in accordance with company policies and established procedures Assist with maintaining and improving contract workflows and administrative processes Respond to contract-related inquiries and escalate issues as appropriate Prepare reports, update tracking logs, and maintain accurate records for compliance and operational purposes
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred 2+ years of experience in contract administration, legal administrative support, sales support, or a related administrative role Experience supporting contract review, document management, or contract coordination in a corporate or legal environment Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems or similar software; Agiloft experience is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong administrative skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience working in a regulated or process-driven environment is preferred
Details:
Long-term contract opportunity expected to last 6+ months, with potential for permanent hire Hybrid schedule Compensation commensurate with experience, expected to range from 23-$28/hour Trustpoint.
