Role:
As a Corporate Administrative Assistant, you will provide executive level administrative support to Group Vice President(s) and/or Vice President(s). You will ensure all day-to-day activities are resolved by maintaining ongoing communication, organizing all routine departmental activities and handling special projects as needed. Assignments range from varied to complex.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative and confidential support to a senior executive. Manage calendars, meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements, and expense reports. Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, mail, and other communications. Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, customers, vendors, and business partners. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents. Coordinate team meetings, events, catering, logistics, and meeting materials. Maintain confidential records and office files. Handle special projects, personal matters, and additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
College degree required; project management experience is a plus. 2-4 years of executive or administrative support experience preferred. Experience supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Visio preferred). Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain strict confidentiality. Knowledge of business correspondence, office procedures, recordkeeping, and basic budgeting/accounting. Strong attention to detail and project coordination skills.
Additional Details:
Work hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Hybrid work model

Pay Details:
$38.00 to $41.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
