The responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to:
REBA:
General Office Administration Answer the telephone and transfer calls Assist members with login and other issues/questions Schedule meetings; create and send out Zoom link Oversee REBA's Peer-to-Peer Mentoring Program Order supplies, when needed
REBA Dispute Resolution:
DR Coordinator Open new files and send initial emails and materials to parties and counsel Provide case information and materials to neutrals prior to scheduled sessions Schedule screenings, mediations, arbitrations, conference calls and site visits Create and send out pre-session invoices to parties for all scheduled sessions Send reminders to parties for overdue payments, agreements and materials Track outcome of cases in DR database and send regular reports to the
Courts REBA Foundation:
Event Coordinator Assist with the planning and preparation of semi-annual conferences, including the Spring Conference in May and Annual Meeting & Conference in November Oversee the Exhibitor and Sponsor Program for the semi-annual conferences Confirm, assist and communicate with conference vendors Create conference marketing materials, emails and website Order sponsored items (lanyards, tote bags, gifts, etc.) Create and order hotel signage (floor plan, exhibitors/sponsors, directional, etc.) This position is full-time, with a weekly schedule of Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Salary is commensurate with experience. Available benefits include medical/dental coverage and a commuter rail/train pass. To apply, please submit cover letter and résumé.
