Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Entry-Level Resident Services Coordinator to join our senior living community team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop a career in healthcare administration, resident support, and community operations. As a key point of contact, you will assist residents and families, support daily community operations, maintain accurate records, and help ensure an exceptional resident experience. This paid position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong organizational skills, and are interested in growing within the senior living industry. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, families, and community team members Respond to resident inquiries and provide professional, timely assistance Support resident onboarding, documentation, and administrative processes Maintain accurate resident records, reports, and confidential documentation Assist with scheduling, communication, and coordination of resident services Collaborate with caregivers, administrators, and support teams to improve resident satisfaction Assist with community events, resident activities, and engagement programs Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems for reporting, data entry, and documentation Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office applications Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or administration is a plus but not required Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided
Pay:
$22.89 - $27.56 per hour
