Job Description

With the primary responsibility of supporting the CEO/COO, the Executive Coordinator will provide support to the executive committee to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently. Coordinating schedules and communications, while prioritizing responsibilities using independent judgment and initiative to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day office and workplace operations, including supplies, shared spaces, mail, and signage. Coordinate facility needs, vendors, and basic maintenance. Support meeting cadence through scheduling, preparation, note capture, documentation, and follow-up. Provide operational support for financial services Contribute to a variety of projects across the organization, adapting support as priorities shift. Manage recurring administrative and operational work with consistency, accuracy, and follow-through.
