As a Group Assistant, you will be part of the Business Support and Administrative department supporting multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Duration:
9 months (potential to extend) What's the Job? Coordinate meetings and manage complex calendars for senior executives and teams Support workspace management activities, including space planning and office moves Assist with employee engagement initiatives and organize morale events Handle expense reports, procurement, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations Support organizational projects and enforce company policies and procedures What's Needed? 2-4 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong project management and organizational skills Experience supporting senior executives and managing complex calendars Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation What's in it for me?
