# Office Administrator — ProRestore LLC

- ProRestore LLC — Mold Remediation & Water Restoration ## About Us ProRestore LLC is a growing mold remediation and water restoration company serving the Worcester, MA area.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails — customer inquiries, scheduling requests, insurance adjuster communications, and vendor calls
- Schedule and coordinate estimates and job appointments for our field crews
- Prepare and send invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments
- Assist with insurance documentation, including Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and other claim-related paperwork
- Maintain accurate filing and data entry for jobs, clients, and vendor records
- Order office and job-related supplies as needed
- Support the owner and service manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Help maintain a professional, organized front office as the first point of contact for clients ## What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in an office administrator, receptionist, or customer service role
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Comfortable with basic invoicing/bookkeeping tasks and general computer/email use
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Experience in construction, restoration, or insurance-related industries is a plus, but not required
