Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently. The Office Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations, managing schedules, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and maintain effective phone etiquette. Assist in calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Perform data entry tasks, including filing documents and maintaining organized records. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Proficient in quickbooks, Excel, Word, and Microsoft outlook. Support office management tasks such as inventory management and ordering supplies. Maintain a clean and organized office environment. Requirements Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation. Effective communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and customer service. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
