Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth daily operations within a professional office environment. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help maintain efficient office management, support administrative functions, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Greet visitors, answer phone, and direct calls with excellent phone etiquette. Manage front desk operations, including checking in visitors and handling incoming correspondence. Perform data entry, filing, and proofreading tasks to keep records accurate and up-to-date. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools. Support office management duties such as supply inventory, document organization, and maintaining a clean workspace. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email. Handle clerical tasks including typing, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies efficiently. Experience Prior office experience or administrative support experience preferred. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs. Previous roles such as dental receptionist or medical receptionist are advantageous but not required. Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional demeanor and strong phone etiquette.
