No Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No Purpose of Position This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.Duties & Responsibilities Reception Duties:
Greet and assist visitors and answer phone calls. Maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment.Visitor Information and Support Services:
Provide information on college programs, events, campus navigation, and parking logistics. Guide visitors and callers to the right contacts for their specific needs.Administrative Support:
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, copying, data entry, inventory, and preparing meeting rooms. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Special Projects:
Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned. Assist in all areas and locations for the College of Education & Human Development. Required Competencies Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. High level of reliability. Attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment Minimum Requirements Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
