Flint, MICHIGAN Apply Now Job Summary The Physician Assistant Department seeks a temporary work-study student to work as an Office Assistant. This position will provide general office support to students, staff, and faculty. Responsibilities• Greet and assist students and faculty in a professional and courteous manner Perform routine clerical and reception work Answer telephones and take accurate messages File, scan, and copy documents Run campus errands Assist staff during events Required Qualifications• Must be a current UM-Flint student in good standing with eligibility to receive work study funds Excellent organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Modes of Work Onsite The work requires, or the supervisor approves, a fully onsite presence. Onsite is defined as a designated UM owned or leased location within or outside of the State of Michigan. Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department.
