Hacienda Heights, CA Job Details Part-time $17 - $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Spreadsheets Filing Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Organizational skills Clerical experience Office experience Full Job Description Bestway Logistics Inc., a growing logistics company in City of Industry , is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Clerk to support daily administrative, accounting, and operations tasks. This position works closely with the accounting, operations, and customer service teams and requires strong organization and attention to detail. This is an onsite position. Remote work is not available.
Key Responsibilities Document Coordination:
Sort, scan, and upload critical transport documents (Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists) into our internal system.
Shipment Tracking & Notices:
Assist in the timely distribution of Arrival Notices to importers and brokers to prevent storage and demurrage charges.
Data Entry:
Accurately input shipment details into our operating software to maintain real-time tracking for customers.
Compliance Record Keeping:
Organize and maintain digital and physical files in accordance with FMC and TSA audit regulations.
Administrative Support:
Assist the operations team with filing, invoicing, and general office duties as assigned by management.
Requirements Office Clerk Experience:
1+ years High school diploma or equivalent Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suites Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality are required Ability to work onsite in City of Industry, CA Preferred Qualifications Previous office or administrative experience Experience working in a logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or warehouse office environment Familiarity with shipping documents, bills of lading, or shipment records is a plus Bilingual Chinese or Spanish preferred
