Office Coordinator - Butte, MT Established in 2001, AMD Distribution (www.amddistribution.com), an insulation specialty distributor/fabricator and subsidiary of Installed Building Products, has a proud history of supplying high-quality insulation and accessories across the continental United States. We are currently seeking a highly organized Office Coordinator to support daily office operations, data processing, and front-desk reception duties. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys keeping things running smoothly, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through. They will serve as a key support resource for internal teams by managing administrative workflows, processing data, and acting as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors. Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serve as the primary receptionist Process, enter, and maintain accurate data across internal systems and a shared inbox Verify order specifications, materials, and quantities before production of fabricated items Communicate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams regarding order requirements Coordinate with warehouse fabrication staff to ensure timely delivery of products Coordinate and facilitate the shipment of LTL/FTL orders Assist with document preparation, filing, and record management Provide prompt and helpful responses to resolve any issues or problems that arise Skills, knowledge, and abilities needed: Experience in data processing, order fulfillment, or a similar role. Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a partially remote, team-oriented environment. Self-starter who turns priorities into completed work with minimal oversight Consistent follow-through
