Join Our Growing Team in the Heart of the Pineywoods Office Coordinator | $16/hr | Full-Time | On-Site in Nacogdoches, TX At FESA , we're driven by a pursuit of excellence and a deep commitment to service. With roots in Austin and expanding into the Pineywoods of Deep East Texas, we're looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support daily operations at our Nacogdoches location—and help bridge communication between our on-site and remote teams. What You'll Do Keep Things Running Smoothly:
Be the go-to point of contact for both our current Nacogdoches office and the new location undergoing renovations. Support day-to-day office functions with precision and professionalism.
Support On-Site Operations:
Coordinate building access and vendor visits, assist remote Recruiting and Operations teams, and provide reliable on-the-ground support.
Manage Communications:
Handle incoming calls, texts, and emails—routing them promptly and professionally to the right team members.
Maintain Office Standard:
Ensure the office and shared spaces are clean, stocked, and ready for daily use. Monitor and restock supplies for the office and break room. Assist with
Team Activities:
Support company events, luncheons, meetings, and HR documentation like onboarding and terminations. Be an all-around team player ready to help where needed.
Deliver Administrative Support:
Pull reports from Salesforce, maintain organized records, and assist with internal communication and coordination. Team Required:
High School Diploma or GED Experience in secretarial, front desk, or administrative roles
Preferred:
Prior experience as an Office Coordinator or Administrative Assistant Comfort interacting with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) Experience with appointment scheduling and professional phone etiquette
