This part-time position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable handling a mix of professional and personal responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the owner's calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings Book travel arrangements and accommodations for business-related trips Assist with client communication and provide timely, professional follow-up Support administrative and operational tasks to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations Perform basic bookkeeping duties such as expense tracking and record maintenance Run local errands as needed, including office-related and personal tasks Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members Help organize projects, documents, and internal processes
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and digital scheduling platforms Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Previous experience in administrative support, office management, or personal assistance preferred High level of professionalism, trustworthiness, and attention to detail
