Organize and maintain filing systems—both digital and physical—ensuring easy retrieval of important documents. Assist with event planning for company meetings, conferences, or team-building activities, including venue selection, logistics coordination, and vendor communication. Handle phone etiquette professionally across multi-line phone systems; screen calls and direct inquiries appropriately. Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office tools and QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes; manage invoices, expense reports, and financial records. Support office management duties such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and overseeing front desk operations to create an efficient workspace. Utilize office experience to streamline administrative processes while providing exceptional customer service to internal teams and external visitors. Skills Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role with excellent organizational skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook Calendar. Skilled in event planning, project coordination, bookkeeping (using QuickBooks), and data entry. Exceptional typing speed with accuracy; capable of transcription and proofreading documents effectively. Knowledge of office management practices including filing systems, front desk procedures, and office supply management. Excellent phone etiquette across multi-line phone systems; professional communication skills for customer service interactions. Computer literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new software tools like DocuSign for electronic signatures. Experience in clerical tasks such as filing, document organization, and handling confidential information discreetly. Strong multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail; capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines.
