Hybrid - onsite and remote System One is looking for a Project Portfolio Management Admin in the Melbourne, FL area Responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain the PPM platform, ensuring reliable day-to-day system performance and data accuracy across all portfolios. Troubleshoot, document, and resolve system and configuration issues; escalate complex problems when necessary to ensure timely resolution. Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using the PPM platform and Power BI to support leadership decision-making. Analyze business needs and translate requirements into technical configurations, workflow automation, integrations, and process improvements within the PPM environment. Design, build, and implement custom configurations within the PPM tool's development environment, ensuring all enhancements are fully tested, validated, and prepared for deployment to production. Provide user support, training, demonstrations, and clear process documentation to improve system adoption and enhance user proficiency. Support strategic planning by managing the project intake process, tracking business cases, generating preliminary resource-loaded plans, and conducting what-if scenario planning. Oversee and manage the PMO's SharePoint document library, creating new project subsites, managing approval workflows, and performing quality assurance on documents to ensure project managers adhere to company standards. Requirements Proven experience administering enterprise level PPM systems such as Planview, Clarity, Microsoft Project Server, ServiceNow PPM, Primavera, or similar; Planview ProjectAdvantage preferred. Strong understanding of project management, portfolio management, resource planning, and demand management concepts. Proficiency in data analysis, workflow configuration, data governance, system integrations, and reporting tools such as Power BI. Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in both structured and ambiguous environments. Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or similar STEM field or equivalent work experience. PPM platform training or certification in relevant systems strongly preferred. Data analytics training including experience with data modeling, reporting, and visualization beneficial.
