Initial 12-Month Contract About the Role We are seeking a highly organized Program Administrator to support customer and executive engagement initiatives. This is a coordination-heavy role focused on scheduling, logistics, and program execution, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Manage scheduling, calendars, and coordination for customer and executive engagements Support meeting prep, agendas, materials, and follow-ups Assist with customer outreach and engagement logistics Track deliverables, timelines, and ownership across teams Maintain documentation, trackers, and program artifacts Capture notes, action items, and ensure follow-through Support product engagement initiatives and customer alignment Identify process gaps and support operational improvements Qualifications 5+ years of experience in program coordination, project admin, or similar roles Strong scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management experience Excellent attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and experience supporting leadership Proactive mindset with strong ownership Tools Google Workspace Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) What They're Looking For Detail-oriented, execution-focused Strong coordinator who can manage multiple moving pieces Proactive and able to take ownership Brings structure and reliability to the team
