project administration Norristown, NJ 1 DAYS AGO 22520352 Summary Norristown, NJ In-Person Competitive Salary 2 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description Job Description Project Admin - Norristown, PA (HYBRID), Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM The Project Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and coordination of project and daily operations supporting PSCs and IOPs.
Pay range:
$22.25+ per hour Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities:
Team Coordination:
Coordinate furniture moves, scheduling contractors, ordering signage, supplies, and equipment for new PSC/IOP openings.

Manage facility work orders, collaborating with vendors and PS Management. Organizational Skills & attention to detail: Track PSC/IOP project statuses, updating supporting systems and documentation, and processing purchase orders.
Communication/collaboration:
Works closely with supervisors/managers on repair and maintenance issues, IOP openings and closures, supply orders, and equipment requests. Problem solving/
Decision Making:
Monitor and track purchase orders and invoices, understanding repair and maintenance issues, and identifying alternative solutions, and working to improve tracking and documentation.
