As a Project Assistant / Project Support Specialist , you will: Manage full-cycle accounts receivable Handle invoicing and payment collection Communicate with clients and update job-related information Assist with other tasks in support of the operations team Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills are essential to excel in this role.

When:

This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. After the onboarding period, a hybrid work-from-home schedule may be available based on performance.
