Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Job Summary The PSR Office Administrator provides clerical and organizational support to ensure the efficient operation of the PSR office. This position assists with maintaining organized records, preparing instructional materials, managing office supplies, and supporting staff with a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Job Responsibilities Assist with filing, copying, scanning, and organizing office documents and records. Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both paper and electronic. Organize, prepare, and distribute classroom materials and instructional resources as needed. Monitor and maintain office and classroom supply inventories; notify appropriate personnel when supplies need to be replenished. Assist with preparing forms, correspondence, reports, and other office documents. Provide general administrative support to PSR staff and administration. Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, as assigned. Maintain confidentiality of student, staff, and organizational information. Support special projects, meetings, and events by preparing materials and assisting with logistics. Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or office training is preferred. Previous clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office equipment. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
