Job Description
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate would be a goal-driven, self-starter with the ability to time manage in a mostly remote position. They would play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing communications, and assisting with various projects. This position is perfect for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to contribute to a collaborative work environment. Sales and Marketing skills are a plus! Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for a multi-inspector firm. Manage a busy multi-line, incoming/outgoing phone bank Help with management tasks, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and organized workspace. Coordinate internal and external communication.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in scheduling, logistics and office administration. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication abilities and a positive attitude. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Adobe, Collaboration tools). Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and clients. Sales Force experience a plus! Familiarity or understanding of real estate transactions is a strong plus!
