Job Description

Attention all experienced administrative professionals! This rapidly growing global startup organization in Washington, DC is seeking a strategic professional with skills managing projects and high-level administrative support for their Senior Administrative Assistant opening. This role provides the opportunity to serve as an administrative partner, and key point of contact internally and among external stakeholders through a critical transition time for the organization as they build out. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide white-glove administrative support to five senior leaders, managing complex, high-volume, calendaring, meeting logistics, and domestic and international travel coordination.
  • Ensure meeting readiness by preparing presentations, agendas, briefs, and handling the preparation of meeting spaces/technical set up.
  • Track key deadlines, and action items, ensuring timely follow up and that no projects fall through the cracks.
  • Assist with project coordination and management, working with leadership to develop timelines, translating project plans into actionable tasks, and maintaining organization and communication throughout projects.
  • Act as the first point of contact, liaising between the principle, team members, and external stakeholders, helping to prioritize incoming communications and requests.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, track receipts, maintain organized financial records, and follow up on any outstanding approvals.

What We're Looking For:
  • Executive-level experience. You have a minimum of five years of previous administrative experience supporting multiple principals. Prior experience in a startup environment or international organization is a plus!
  • Google Workspace all day every day. You are technologically adept and proficiently skilled in a variety of typical office software, strong experience, specifically in Google Suite is required.
  • Trustworthy, thoughtful, and thorough. You have exceptional judgement, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Priorities and proactiveness. The ability to proactively anticipate needs, resolve conflicts, and manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment are some of your standout strengths.
  • Adaptable and available.
You are ready to hit the ground running in this high-expectations organization and understand the 24/7 nature of a startup environment, eager to work hard, and flexible to working outside of core business hours as required. The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. $82,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
