As an Admin Unit Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by providing administrative support to our healthcare team. Hours are 11am-7pm
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records and files Assist with scheduling, including coordinating appointments and procedures for patients Greets patients, families, and visitors, and provides exceptional customer service Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective communication Demonstrate a commitment to our company's mission and values, including our slogan, "Commitment to Total Solutions" Resident Transportation About the
