35 hours/week | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM
  • 4:00 PM (Flexible; remote may be considered) Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to support a project
  • based initiative focused on healthcare data management, Point document organization, and file maintenance. This role will play a key part in building structured Point environments, organizing procedural and operational documents, and improving document storage and retrieval systems. Key Responsibilities
  • Organize, maintain, and manage electronic files and documentation
  • Create, update, and maintain Point sites and document libraries
  • Design Point structures to support procedural documentation and workflows
  • Implement document version control, naming conventions, and file standardization
  • Support data entry, tracking, and data management activities
  • Develop efficient folder structures and workflows to improve accessibility
  • Collaborate with project leaders to identify documentation and operational needs
  • Ensure documents are properly categorized and maintained according to standards
  • Assist with cleanup and migration of existing electronic records
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Qualifications Required:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using Microsoft Point
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of healthcare or hospital operations
  • Experience with file organization, workflow management, or project coordination
Preferred:
  • Prior healthcare or hospital environment experience
  • Experience supporting compliance or regulatory documentation
  • Background in administrative support, project coordination, or data management
  • Familiarity with electronic document management systems (EDMS) Required Hard Skills (scored)
