Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage front-desk activity by greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and creating a positive first impression for the office.
- Handle inbound phone calls and route messages efficiently while maintaining courteous and accurate communication.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments using internal systems and ensure records remain current and complete.
- Confirm the receipt of equipment and materials by reviewing deliveries against documentation and updating inventory information.
- Maintain organized product and equipment inventory records to support availability, accountability, and operational accuracy.
- Perform a range of clerical and administrative duties, including data entry, document handling, and general office support.
- Adapt to changing priorities throughout the day and respond effectively to urgent requests or schedule adjustments.
- Support shipping workflow updates, including assisting with tracking activities as processes move between systems and platforms.
