Kingston Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the Center.
  • Process internal documents in accordance with university policies and procedures.
  • Learn and utilize the university's financial system to process invoices and track payments.
  • Organize, maintain, and secure important financial and administrative documents.
  • Support the Director with recordkeeping, scheduling, and general clerical tasks.
  • Provide assistance on special projects and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience with administrative support, office operations, or clerical work.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn and apply new systems and processes quickly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in higher education or nonprofit settings.
  • Familiarity with financial or procurement systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
