Office Assistant

eNVy Gymnastics is seeking an office assistant to aid our after school/evening hours. We are a busy, family-focused school of gymnastics looking to add to our team.

Hours:

3:00 - 8:15 pm Monday through Friday with the option to add more hours. Occasional Saturday and Sunday hours available. Approximately 26 hours per week. Job Responsibilities Greeting customers/maintaining friendly correspondence with parents and students Assisting our teaching staff when necessary. Answering phones/messages Answering customer questions Running errands (office supplies, bank, post office, etc.) Helping to develop and maintain customer database/records Calculating, receiving, and maintaining customer payments General cleaning and organizing Must possess.... A positive, upbeat personality and demeanor. The front desk is the face of the gym during our busiest hours. Dependability. Creativity. The ability to be a team player The ability to be very detail oriented Responsibility and maturity A willingness to learn Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel Some general gymnastics knowledge a plus!

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
