Job Description

Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This is a multi-duty position that requires someone who can confidently handle front desk responsibilities while assisting with administrative, employee, and general office tasks. The ideal candidate is professional, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask, and willing to assist wherever needed to keep the office running efficiently. Temporary with Potential for Full-Time Employment This position will initially be temporary, with the possibility of becoming a full-time permanent position based on performance, attendance, reliability, business needs, and overall fit with the company.

Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk and greet employees, customers, vendors, and visitors. Answer and direct phone calls and respond to general inquiries. Monitor and respond to office emails. Maintain accurate employee and company records. Perform data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and document organization. Assist/ support HR with new-hire paperwork, onboarding, and employee documentation. Schedule meetings, appointments, and training as needed. Assist management with reports, spreadsheets, forms, and special projects. Order and maintain office supplies. Receive and distribute mail, packages, uniforms and deliveries. Assist different departments with daily administrative needs. Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment. Handle confidential information appropriately. Follow up on assigned tasks and communicate updates to management. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous receptionist, administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities. Professional and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
